Caution harvest by hand in order to keep whole grapes. The vinification is made in thermo-regulated
inox vats after a 12 to 18 days maceration which gives the maximum extraction of aromas. Store for small part
in old wood casks, but mostly in stainless steel vats, then assembled.

Acidity : 3,5 g/l - Sulphur : 30 mg/l (indicative measures).
Tasting notes
Typical and intense Cabernet smell followed by a remarquable roundness in mouth. Most appreciated for its «feminine touch» made of delicacy and elegance. Young must be drunk at 14°c, aged at 17°c.
